Mortlock McCormack Law is thrilled to announce the promotion of Emily Flaszynski and Chris Egden as Principals, effective 1 January 2023.

Emily Flaszynski joined Mortlock McCormack Law as an Associate in March 2020 and specialises in relationship property, asset protection and dispute resolution. Emily has a strong background in family law, commercial and civil litigation and is well versed in earthquake insurance claims, having been involved in various class actions. Emily leads our Family Law team.

Chris Egden joined Mortlock McCormack Law as an Associate in November 2015 and is experienced in all manner of property related matters, with a strong background in residential and commercial developments. Chris also acts for a number of landlords and tenants in relation to commercial leasing matters. Chris leads one of our Property Law teams.
