Locally we are the legal team behind the Halswell Commons Development (comprising 800 sections, 200 apartments and 75,000m2 of retail and commercial space). We are also legal advisors on the $150 million dollar central CBD Gough family development, The Terrace.
Over the past few years we have also developed “Dannemora” in South Auckland (approximately 4,000 sections) and “Millwater” in North Auckland (approximately 3,000 sections) with WFH Properties Limited.
