The lockdown gave many of us time to think about our personal admin. We have seen an increase in people seeking to update their wills. If you have not given your will much thought in the last few years we suggest you take stock and consider its contents.

• Does it reflect your current circumstances?
• Are you in a new relationship that is not mentioned in your will?
• Does your will provide for your children?
• Do you have a trust?
• Does your will and your trust tie in together correctly?
• Could your will be open to challenge?
