We are pleased to advise Dan Chisholm has recently joined Mortlock McCormack Law as an  Associate, in one of our commercial teams.

Dan specialises in commercial and entertainment law, with a specific expertise in the music industry, acting for some prominent musicians and labels in New Zealand and Australia.

Dan advises on a range of music related agreements including; songwriter, recording, management, producer, publishing, distribution and licensing agreements. Dan's commercial experience includes buying and selling businesses, contract drafting and advice, commercial leases and company transactions.

Outside of Mortlock McCormack Law Dan can be found enjoying an espresso out with his wife Sarah and two daughters, Marley and Lola, or playing drums in bands at local bars.
