Emily Flaszynski, Associate, was appointed as a member of the Canterbury Earthquake Insurance Tribunal (“CEIT”) in April. Emily joined Mortlock McCormack Law earlier this year. She specialises in relationship property, asset protection and dispute resolution.

Mortlock McCormack Law congratulates Emily on her appointment. They also congratulate Sue McCormack for her appointment as a member of the CEIT. Sue was a founding Partner of Mortlock McCormack Law who retired in 2019 to take up a position as the Chancellor of the University of Canterbury.
