Press play to meet and listen to our Partners:

7 February 2017

We are pleased to welcome new partner, Sarah Manning to the firm.  Sarah strengthens our core services in commercial and property law matters.  Click on the ‘Our People’ tab to find out more.

Welcome to Mortlock McCormack Law, a Canterbury born and bred legal firm focused in the areas of Commercial Law, Property & Trust Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Relationship Property. We are of the opinion that size doesn’t matter, but if you really want to know, we are a medium sized law firm punching above our weight.

We are a member of the ‘All of Government’ legal panel providing legal services to various Government agencies.  Our client base extends across a number of commercial entities, non-government organisations and charitable trusts throughout New Zealand. Similarly at a more personal level we act for families, family trusts, and individual legal needs.
